  • Unload KSPMA Event Trailers and setup all Conference Equipment per the PD/Energy Conference Game Book (Registration Desk/Conference Assistance Desk, Member Services Desk/Breakout Sessions/General Session)
  • Review over how to Scan Badges for Attendance
  • Review over how to Scan Badges for First Time Attendees and Daily Door Prizes per Session
  • Review over COVID-19 Compliance Guidelines for Attendees and Vendors
  • Review over the Tradeshow Committee APP
  • Review over the Bingo Game Setup and Operations
  • Review over the Partnership for Better Schools Scanners and Downloads
  • Review over Scholarship Ticket Sales with a Scanner
  • Review over Vendor Door Prize Giveaways
  • Finalize the Game Plan Book for Board Members & Assistants
