2025 Annual State Conference Trade show
Welcome 2025 Annual Conference Exhibitors! Look at the new and improved Trade show Floor Plan. We took the all the ball rooms and turned them into the tradeshow to give our Exhibitors more room. Booths F-1 to F-4 offer high volume traffic (Its where the food and beverages will be.) along with 18 feet of spacious booth room. We changed up the dedicated tradeshow hours to give you 7.5 hours of Exhibitor time to hit all the attendees.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
Registration System- The registration system is automated with automatic email notifications and push notifications. When you register as an exhibitor you will receive up to 3 additional confirmation emails. This will include: Confirmation of your registration, invoice from the automated system, Welcome Email. If your invoice is not paid in full by the 31st day of your registration, your registration will be cancelled and the booth and any options you selected will be released and available for resale. NOTE: If you are a Vendor Member of the Association you can use your CODE to save 20%. If you do not use your code at the time of registration and you pay with credit card, we can not issue a refund or credit as the credit payments are processed by a third party.
Name Badges- Each Exhibitor gets 2 name badges for staff at their booth. Name badges will allow access to the tradeshow, breakfast meals, and lunch on Wednesday. Name badges do not allow you access to Monte' Carlo. You must purchase tickets to be a sponsor or be a dealer for the Monte' Carlo Event. You can select this under additional options as sponsorship opportunities.
