What is Vendor Verification Service?

Vendor Verification is a standard business practice that is followed across the world. This is a mechanism that makes us possible to screen and monitor the processes of a vendor and ensure that the vendors adhere to the guidelines of vendor risk management. This process includes collecting, auditing and verifying the information about the supplier. This check ensures that malpractices like corruption and bribery within organization are eradicated.

• Consumer complaints

The KSPMA working in conjunction with other Associations both local and Nationally have compiled a list of vendors and service providers that have been verified.  

Dispute Resolution Services 

When working with members and vendors, at times things can go array for many reasons.  The Kentucky School Plant Management Services offers an Ombudsman service for both Vendors and members to help resolve the dispute.  This service follows National guidelines for dispute resolution and is moderated by a Federal Approved Negotiator.
