Overview

The Kentucky School Plant Management Association (KSPMA) makes every effort to keep members personal information confidential and remain General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) complaint. 

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

The KSPMA collects the following data:

• Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
• School District Public Information 
• Vendor Public Information 

The KSPMA uses the information for the purpose:

• Membership Management
• Vendor Membership Management 

The information collected will be publicly shared with Members, Potential Members, Vendors and Potential Vendors for the purpose of networking and sharing experiences related to Facility Management and Facility Management Operations.  

Giving consent for others

The KSPMA authorizes Bundle Administrators to add members under a District Membership and to add guest to events.  This information is used solely for the purpose of Membership Management to events.  

Third-parties applications

The KSPMA currently does not share Membership information with any third-party applications.
