School District Membership

K-12 Kentucky School Districts, Kentucky Colleges & Universities, Charter and Trade Schools can join as District Members.

  • 1 designee attend the Annual State Conference free of charge
  • 2 designees attend the Annual Business Meeting free of charge
  • 1 designee attend the Spring Conference free of charge
  • 1 designee attend Association Training or Educational Seminars/Workshops free of charge
  • Up to 5 attendees to Regional Meetings
  • 2 designees attend the Annual Reunion gathering
  • Play in the Annual Executive Directors Golf Scramble (2 Players) Free of Charge
  • Pay the Membership price for Professional Development and Certification Courses
  • Pay the Membership price for District Specific Training & Education
  • District employees and their immediate family, and students of the District may apply for Association Scholarships.
  • District receives the Member discount from participating Vendor Partners.
  • Receive Association announcements, newsletters, and other publications
  • The District can cast 1 vote in authorized Association Elections.

Individual Membership  

Individuals who pay the Associations Individual Membership dues are entitled to the following:

  • Attend the Annual State Conference free of charge
  • Attend the Annual Business Meeting free of charge
  • Attend the PD/Energy Conference free of charge
  • Attend Association Training or Educational Seminars/Workshops free of charge
  • Attend Regional Meetings free of charge
  • Attend the Annual Reunion gathering free of charge (Does not include lodging)
  • Play in the Annual Executive Directors Golf Scramble (2 Players) Free of Charge
  • Pay the Membership price for Professional Development and Certification Courses
  • Receive Association announcements, newsletters, and other publications
  • The Member and immediate family members can apply for Association Scholarships
