  Use this registration for the District Membership Bundle Administrator or Individual Member. You can register up to 20 additional attendees. The first Attendee from your District is FREE. Each additional attendee is $200.00 per individual.
• NON-MEMBER PRICE – $325.00
  Use this registration for Non-Member. Access to All Breakout Sessions, Forums, Tradeshow, Lunch included. NO ADMISSION to MONTE' CARLO NIGHT.
