2022 Annual State Conference Info for Exhibitors

For over 30  years, the Kentucky School Plant Management Association has hosted an Annual Conference that is dedicated to Facility Managers and Facility Personnel.  Over the years, KSPMA has become an authority on all things related to Facility Management.  Our Association is recognized by Kentucky Department of Education, Kentucky School Board Association, Kentucky Association of School Superintendents,  Ohio Valley Cooperative, Kentucky Educational Development Cooperative and many others as the Authority when it comes to K-12 Facility Management.  Our members have over 2,250 years of combined experience when it comes to K-12 Facility Management.  

Our Annual Conference is held each year in mid October and usually has over 75 vendors, 250 attendees and offers over 15 breakout sessions that are related to topics such as:

  • Pest Management 
  • Lighting 
  • Safety and Security 
  • Engineering 
  • Software Management

Vendor Setup Information 

Vendor Booth setup is scheduled for October 18th, 2022 from 2:00PM - 6:00PM EST and October 19th, 2022 from 6:00AM - 8:00AM EST.

7:00AM - 9:00AM Breakfast in Tradeshow Area 

11:30AM - 1:30PM  Lunch in Tradeshow Area

Note:  We highly encourage you to be in your booth from 7:00AM - 4:30PM Wednesday and Thursday as some attendees will be walking around during these times.  

Note:  All Sales are Final.  By selecting and purchasing or agreeing to purchase a booth for this event the vendor understands that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.  If the event is cancelled by local or state mandate, the funds paid or booth reserved will be carried forward to a future date.
